AlessioLaker 1,783
Flacco MVP.

snakepit 7,420
^nfl-land? Ray Lewis andrà su ESPN... Bell'articolo sul personaggio, ancora meglio i commenti a fondo pagina http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/ He’s the worst kind of coward: hiding behind his religious beliefs and trying to pretend it was “all part of “His” plan”. He was a hell of a LB but as a human being he won’t be missed. Guy is the worst of all worlds: probably killed those two people, had his buddies take the fall, testified against said friends (i.e. a RAT, or a SNITCH depending on your ethnic background), yet hides behind God at every turn. What happened that night is Ray Lewis was right in the middle of it sticking a knife in to both those guys. Than when they got back to the limo he stripped down and they dumped his bloodied white suit and murder weapon into a fast food restaurants dumpster. After that he convinced his friends to take the blame in exchange for $. He paid off the families. What a hero let’s all praise him for being the disciple of god that he is. D-GenerationLakers 7,587
Have we seen the last of Wes Welker with the New England Patriots? A source with intimate knowledge of the team's thinking told Ron Borges of the Boston Herald that the Patriots "are simply not going to put an $11.4 million franchise tag" on the 31-year-old wide receiver. Offseason Forecast: Patriots With the offseason under way, Around The League examines what's next for all 32 teams. Gregg Rosenthal tackles the Patriots. More ... Borges argues Welker has worked himself into a corner, and he's right. With little leverage in the situation, Welker isn't about to receive a better offer than the fully guaranteed two-year, $16 million deal he turned down in 2011. By signing his franchise tender last May, Welker veered off a path that helped previous players get paid. Players who carried contract demands to the brink in New England -- Richard Seymour, Asante Samuel, Vince Wilfork and Logan Mankins, for example -- were among those awarded open-market value by the team. Welker squelched that opportunity by agreeing to his one-year, $9.515 million tender last spring. Contract talks went south soon after. Unless he bends, Welker is no guarantee to return in 2013. With Brandon Lloyd due a $3 million option bonus on top of a $1.9 million base salary, it's conceivable Tom Brady could be throwing to a cast of new faces next season. Welker has been invaluable in New England, and it's strange to imagine this offense without him, but let's not forget who these Patriots are -- unsentimental. They're willing to shed players before anyone sees it coming. Unwilling to mortgage the future based on what has come before. mmmmm commento di Lake ??

Lakeshow 2,435

Lakeshow 2,435
Report: Brady inks 3-year extension Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has agreed to a three-year contract extension through the 2017 season worth $27 million, according to Peter King of Sports Illustrated. King reports that the extension will include a $3 million signing bonus, as well as salaries of $7 million in 2015, $8 million in 2016, and $9 million in 2017. The deal will keep Brady in a Patriots uniform until he is 40 years old. The quarterback has said in the past he would like to play until he was at least 40. The modest figures for Brady afford the Patriots substantial salary cap flexibility, as other elite level quarterbacks have signed for annual salaries that are twice that of what Brady will be paid each season under the extension. That will help as the team prepares to deal with the NFL's projected flat salary cap for the coming seasons. The extension is expected to afford the Patriots $15 million of cap space over the next two seasons. Per King, Brady's salary cap number will be as follows over the life of his remaining contract (now five seasons): 2013: $13.8 million; 2014: $14.8 million; 2015: $13 million; 2016: $14 million; and $15 million in 2017. Brady finished with 4,827 passing yards and 34 touchdown's during the 2012 season, his 13th with the team.
