Sad faces, everyone. “No new disc. Not this year,” he is said to have told Chilean station Radio Futuro. “I have not written any songs. So no, there is nothing.” Obviously, there are two reasons to take this with a pinch of salt. Namely a) we heard last year from a pretty reliable source that Tool were ready to record a new album, and No one ever really knows what the fuck Maynard is really thinking anyway.
